Policies
This policy page outlines the important information regarding your care and our practice, including appointment scheduling, fees, and other relevant details to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all patients.
Appointments
Your family physician has regular weekday office hours used for routine appointments. We are utilizing a system called Advance Access to improve patient care by facilitating access to timely appointments. Some appointments may require pre-booking (e.g. physicals, counselling, diabetes mellitus). Our staff will continue to accommodate your needs. We try to keep to our appointment schedule as closely as possible. However, urgent problems take priority and may cause delay of your scheduled appointment. Please be understanding of unexpected wait times.
Cancelations
Please call to cancel your appointment should you be unable to keep it. Appointments canceled inside of 24 hours will be subject to $50 cancellation fee.
